Seasonal Catering Staff

We recruit seasonal staff for catering operations, including kitchen porters, commis and line chefs, waiting staff, bar staff, and event crew. Before we put anyone forward, we check their experience, their availability for the full season, and any food hygiene training they hold.

We start with a conversation about your menu, covers, and rota pattern. You tell us how many people you need and when. We send shortlisted candidates and arrange trials or interviews if you want them. Through the season we stay in touch to handle swaps, gaps, and feedback.
